4th edition of the Instrumentation, Measurement, Metrology master's sponsorship evening organized byAix-Marseille Université 's Instrumentation Division, with Class of 2024 sponsor Gordon Kohse, Managing Director for Operations, Nuclear reactor laboratory, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
The evening was punctuated by :
- Introduction by Michel CARETTE, Director of the Instrumentation Department
- words from Djamal HABET, vice-dean in charge of teaching and professional integration at AMU's Faculty of Science
- a speech by the sponsor of the Class of 2024: Dr Gordon Kohse, Managing Director for Operations, Nuclear reactor laboratory, Massachusetts Institute of Technology
- the a*midex aix marseille universite team(Aurélie BELENGUER, Pierre PETROSINO, Julie Monbet) and Abdallah Lyoussi and Christelle Reynard-Carette for the presentation of the CUM LAUDE 2024 for the IMSci-Nu pathway as part of the A*MIDEX TIGER project: Lucas Gevaert
- the 77 2024 graduates of the 5 IMM master's programmes (3I, IME, IMSci-Nu, CIS, MSD) were honoured with a traditional toque toss with the graduates in attendance.
- the party, with reunions, discussions, magical and artistic moments(Arnaud Defaye, Colas Declercq, Ritchie Rock the magic) in a musical atmosphere crescendoing until 2am.
A festive evening crowned with smiles from all 250 participants (2024 graduates, M1s, M2s, alumni, partners, sponsors, laboratories, teachers, researchers, members of the industrial steering committee chaired by Jean-Paul Romet and the teaching team).
An evening at the service of the fine Instrumentation community, one of the Instrumentation Subsidiary's reasons for action, bringing together the 4 pillars of Training, Industry/Company, Research and Internationally.
